The Firm is experienced in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents and the Firm has represented construction and permanent lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of loans and joint ventures, both real estate and otherwise, mortgage backed financing, and other secured and unsecured transactions.  The Firm handles loan “work outs” involving both personal property and real property security in a time efficient and cost productive manner, seeking to maximize the recovery to the lender.  Our litigation department is experienced in providing efficient, cost effective results in obtaining and enforcing judgments, attaching debtor’s assets and recovering and disposing of collateral and in selecting all other appropriate secured creditor remedies, including both judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures.
